The length of your TMJ treatment will depend on the treatment method you require. Some patients respond well to Botox® treatment, which requires only 10 minutes to administer. Other patients need to wear a night guard or splint while sleeping to eliminate teeth grinding and reduce their TMJ pain.
Your insurance may pay for part of your TMJ treatment. We can help determine what your plan will and won’t cover and what your portion of the cost may be. Keep in mind that we offer financing options to help pay for your treatment. We work with CareCredit and LendingPoint, which have low-interest payment plans, or we can arrange in-office financing.
